First Times

Now out in the real world I am a fairly laid back, go with the flow kind of guy. Not so much conflict avoidant, more of if conflict doesn't come find me, I'm not going to look for conflict. So with that mentality I have managed to avoid being punched in face for my entire life, until last night.

Last night I put on gloves and did some boxing with my friend, and damn if I didn't get my bell rung a time or two, but I enjoyed it, which is weird for someone who never really fought in his entire life. So next Friday I intend to have the snot beat out of me (Which would probably help with the sinus headaches) in attempt to learn how to fight

Econ GRRRRR....

Well Econ and International Relations aren't too bad, however figuring out how to find elasticity cost me me quiet a few points on an assignment, hopefully this won't bite me in the ass come Tuesday.

I think I found my rhythm for the weekends that don't have rugby, Friday and Saturday, hang out at Newman, Sunday do homework. Seems like a good deal. I'm starting to play D&D next Saturday, post my thoughts on the game afterward.

Ass Kicked

Got seriously worn out by the first rugby practice of the semester. Taking a month off is not good for your cardio. So there will be a major focus on getting into better shape this semester, my goal is to work out and/or be at rugby practice 4-5 times a week, and hopefully I won't want to go bed after a rugby practice.

In other news my two 5 hour classes don't seem that bad i'm just going to have to be sure to put in the time for them. Econ will be interesting and Calculus doesn't seem to bad. Now just Military Science and International Relations to test out.

Returned

I made it back to K-Ville, a friend was kind enough to give me a lift after my normal ride fell through. As usual I left something at home, this time it was my electric toothbrush, no worries though, I have a spare up here, and I am going back to the O-town this weekend to gather more clothes, hangers and yes my electric toothbrush, and enjoy the wicked sweet new computer that Dad got. Well class is in the morning at 8:30 so I shall see what my daily professors will be like.

A New Semester

Well I go back to K-ville on Sunday, and it is even colder there then here in St. Louis. The weather here has been WTF, I have never seen it this cold.

Expect a lot of bitching about college, and maybe a few crazy stories, as the announcer's say on TV "the second half comes your way right after this"

Classes right now are Econ, 5 hours of Calculus (God I want to shoot myself already), International Relations, and Military Science 101.

My goal is to treat college like an 8-5 job and always be working during then and hopefully not have to do class work outside of that time frame. I'm also going to try and write everyday, maybe not a post but at least write of this blog. Will see how this all turns out
